Do you have a showroom where I can visit?

Yes, you are more than welcome to visit our showroom which is open 10am to 5pm weekdays located at Mount Druitt NSW. Please contact us to make a booking and our friendly customer service specialist will be more than happy to show you our quality products and answer any of your questions.

 

Do you deliver to any other locations besides Sydney Metro?

Yes, we deliver Australia Wide. For shipping to other locations, please contact us to place your order.

The vast majority of our deliveries are fulfilled by either Fastway or a couriers/logistics service provider, depending on the location, size and weight of an order.

How long will my order take to get to me?

Orders placed by 5pm AET will be shipped by the next business day for items that are in stock. We use a combination of couriers and Fastway to ensure your orders are delivered on-time.

Delivery lead times after dispatch are as follows.

Sydney METRO AREAS             1-3 business days

Sydney COUNTRY                      3-5 business days

The REST OF AUSTRALIA         3-9 business days

Note: orders only dispatched on working days from Monday to Friday and does not include public holidays.

Can you deliver to a PO Box?

Unfortunately, we cannot deliver to a PO Box. If your restaurant/cafe is not open during normal business hours, you may consider delivering to a residential address.

What payment option do you accept?

We accept major credit cards (Visa & MasterCard)

If I use a credit card to purchase my items can anyone else obtain my credit card details?

We are a secure site endorsed with PCI-DSS requirements. This uses the latest encryption methods to ensure security of payment. We do not see your credit card details when ordered online, with all transactions performed by the banking institutions. We do not store any credit card details.

What’s the minimum order for custom printed cups?

The minimum order for custom printed cups is usually from 500 cups.

What if I buy a large quantity?

We welcome ongoing supply arrangements with wholesaler or distributor where we are happy to discuss your desired quantities and associated pricing. Please contact us for more information.
